Winter Gate is open last I knew, so we will not need to hike an additional 2 miles (one mile each way from gate to trailhead)
Seems that the trail is 1.5 miles (ish) plan on 90 minutes hiking one way. I plan on 2.5 hours driving. 3 hours hiking. As much time as possible soaking.
Meet at 5:00pm at walmart near 11400 South just West of I-15 (SouthEast corner of parking lot (as far East as you can go).
Those who meet at the Walmart parking lot can discuss carpools.
Bring warm clothing with layers, a headlamp, drinking water, and a towel. You are welcome to bring a treat to share, but not required.
