- ➤ Utah received $535,654 in a nationwide settlement with Mercedes-Benz USA over deceptive emissions testing practices. The deal covered over 211,000 diesel vehicles sold from 2008 to 2016, including around 1,857 in Utah, and required the manufacturer to install approved modifications and provide consumer relief funds.
