- ➤ The Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute said Tuesday that Utah will add 2 million people by 2065 even though its growth rate will slow down. Utah County will gain over 750,000 people — nearly as many as Idaho has today — as jobs in tech, finance and health care drive the growth. Deseret News

- ➤ Kelsey Berg, a former Mitt Romney staffer, joined the Utah 2034 Winter Games committee as director of government relations. She will work to secure federal funds and keep state leaders informed as Utah takes a lead in the Olympic bid — using her deep local ties and experience. Deseret News
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Two new measles cases were reported in Central Utah on November 18, raising the state total to 84. Health officials said only two cases were in vaccinated individuals—most were unvaccinated—and urged getting the MMR vaccine to help curb the spread. KUTV
