  • Prosecutors will seek the death penalty against Michael Aaron Jayne, accused of murdering Sgt. Bill Hooser by hitting him with a semi-truck.  FOX 13
  • An Orem man has been charged with a third-degree felony for a fatal hit-and-run at a Provo intersection nearly a year after the incident occurred.  ABC4
