- ➤ On Wednesday just after 6 a.m., a driver fell asleep in Provo Canyon and their white SUV rolled into a river—no injuries were reported. KUTV
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Two county health departments reported eight human West Nile virus cases on Wednesday with three in Davis County—including two severe cases and one death—and five in Utah County with four severe cases. In response, Utah County Mosquito Abatement crews began targeted treatments—aimed at reducing mosquito populations—to lower the risk of further illness. Deseret News
