- ➤ Orem City Council narrowed its short-term rental options (owner occupied or non-owner occupied with strict rules) and ruled out a total ban. City attorney Jake Summers will soon present draft ordinances for review by the Planning Commission and the council. Daily Herald
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Former BYU football figures Tom Holmoe and Jim Herrmann completed a 12-week infrared light study (from November to February) at the University of Utah that showed cognitive and physical health improvements with no side effects. Their results support further research using photobiomodulation to boost brain health. Deseret News
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ The Royals played to a 2-2 draw at Providence Park on Saturday, extending their unbeaten run to a record 10 matches & remaining atop the league table. They will resume play on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. MT against the Chicago Stars. Deseret News
