- ➤ Utah’s new e-bike law HB 381 went into effect Wednesday, requiring all riders under 21 to wear helmets and clarifying rules between e-bikes (pedal-assist devices limited to 750 watts) and e-motorcycles while launching educational efforts in Provo as families adjust to the new safety requirements.
