  • At Tuesday’s City Council meeting, Mayor Kaufusi introduced a revised water budget that lowers the top tier charge for heavy water users from 18% to nearly 10%—showing a step to cover costs and meet state rules for water conservation. The Council will review her full budget at public hearings in June.  FOX 13
