Utah's Bureau of Land Management held a recent lease sale for geothermal development that raised over $5.6 million from 14 parcels covering 50,971 acres at an average of $111.47 per acre.
The sale shows strong support for clean energy and helps fund projects that use the Earth’s heat to produce power.
🏈 Sports
The Larry H. Miller Company bought controlling interests in Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC from David Blitzer on Friday, April 18th and will upgrade America First Field with planned renovations and added game-day services.
The deal ends Ryan Smith’s minority stake and includes additional properties like the Zions Bank Training Center and Herriman’s stadium—moves that expand the firm’s local sports portfolio.
