Season Six of 'The Chosen' will be partially filmed in Utah County as the Utah Film Commission announced the production, and show president Brad Peo said the series is pleased to return (he praised the local people and scenic landscapes) while production will use various county locations. Further filming details will be shared as the project moves forward.

Utah Gov. Spencer Cox said that despite a rise in snowpack—up nearly 3.9 inches since March 3—the state still faces water challenges as water districts and local cities work to limit use, especially in the south.

He plans to sign a new water pricing law that starts in 2030 to help manage consumption.
