- ➤ The Provo Police announced on March 19 that DNA evidence confirmed the remains found in Moab in 1983 belonged to Robby Lynn Peay—a teenager who went missing in 1982 after leaving a Salt Lake City youth treatment center, with authorities now investigating his death as a homicide. ABC4
