- ➤ Spanish Fork officials are investigating an 11-acre brush fire that spread through a dry field near a neighborhood and park on Tuesday afternoon, as firefighters quickly suppressed the blaze within an hour and reported no property damage. KUTV
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Elder Rasband was named Wednesday as the 21st commissioner of the Church Educational System; he replaces Elder Clark G. Gilbert, who was called as an apostle on Feb. 12, and will oversee church schools including BYU + BYU-Idaho + BYU-Hawaii + Ensign College + BYU-Pathway Worldwide and seminaries and institutes.
