- ➤ Sen. Ann Millner sponsors SB254 and SCR9 to boost Utah’s critical minerals industry by creating a MINES Center (Minerals for Industrial, National, and Economic Security Center), expediting permits, and attracting federal support, with $21 million planned for 2027.
