- ➤ Silicon Slopes launched Start School, a free program to help Utah entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses without the need for traditional venture capital. The initiative was unveiled on Wednesday at the annual summit at the Salt Palace Convention Center + experienced founders will mentor participants. Deseret News

- ➤ UTA's ridership reached 40.3 million boardings in 2025, nearly matching pre-pandemic bus levels with 1 million added service miles and stops like BYU Central Campus Station for Provo riders. - ➤ At a press conference in Milan ahead of the Winter Games, IOC President Kirsty Coventry said the committee will review a rotation system for future hosts and noted Salt Lake City could serve as a strong model given Utah’s proven success (local support remains high).
