STEAM Pilates combines the core-strengthening benefits of mat Pilates with the restorative effects of heat and humidity for a deeply energizing and rejuvenating experience. This all-levels class focuses on breath, alignment, posture, and intentional core activation while the warm, humid environment helps the body release tension, increase mobility, and deepen stretches safely and effectively. Expect a mindful, full-body flow designed to leave you feeling stronger, more open, and refreshed both physically and mentally. The studio will be heated to approximately 75–80 degrees with 70–90% humidity
