Reiki infused Breath and Sound Healing with Alyssa. This immersive experience begins with guided gentle breathwork to calm your nervous system and help you fully settle into your body. You'll then be guided through a sound journey using crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, buffalo drum, and other healing instruments. The combination of sound, vibration, and Reiki energy supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner balance.
